At Team Express, we are committed to providing athletes with the best gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your Team Express account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories, to ensure the product remains in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
