All-Star 29" Keyhole Training Glove

This training mitt focuses on pocket awareness and precision. Pocket awareness is key to accurate receiving, quick tranfers, and manipulating the ball in the zone to convert balls to strikes. Pros use the keyhole for soft toss drills often times with tennis balls or lite baseballs. The hole is just big enough for a baseball and located where one should recieve the ball. Working up through the zone, the goal is to cleanly pocket the ball in the net. Not recommended for real baseballs off a machine at high velocity.
